Celestia Gibson Ministries is committed to integrity, transparency, and stewardship in all that we do. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.

General Policy

All donations, contributions, registrations, and purchases made through Celestia Gibson Ministries are final unless otherwise stated below. Because this ministry operates in faith-based service, resources are often allocated immediately to support ministry efforts, programs, and outreach.

Donations

Donations are non-refundable.
Donations are considered voluntary gifts given to support the mission and work of Celestia Gibson Ministries.
Donations are not tax-deductible unless otherwise stated, as Celestia Gibson Ministries is not currently a 501(c)(3) organization.

Events, Workshops, and Registrations

Fees paid for events, workshops, coaching sessions, or ministry programs are non-refundable once the event or program has begun.
If an event is canceled by Celestia Gibson Ministries, registrants will be offered either:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer the payment to a future event or program.

Digital Products & Resources

All sales of digital products (including downloadable materials, recordings, or online content) are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

If physical products are offered, returns may be considered only if the product arrives damaged or defective.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt and include proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exceptional Circumstances

Celestia Gibson Ministries understands that unexpected situations may arise. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the ministry. Approval is not guaranteed.
